You can't use rom download off the internet. You must use cracked version of them :(. There may be torrents around Since official dump has a framework that is very hard to get it working now

If you want to add this device to your already having data storage, copy both drives and roms folder to data storage folder, and append the text in devices.yml in download folder to your devices.yml in data storate folder.
